He is located in Bombay and his areas of practice include arbitration, enforcement, financial services litigation, companies act and insolvency. A large part of his practice also includes cross border disputes involving international law firms and clients.

In this episode, the panel focus on the Indian legal market and explore the extent to which foreign lawyers can practice law in India and the prospects for liberalisation in the area.
