The article Resolving jurisdictional disputes in English and Russian courts by Anton Asoskov, Raymond Cox QC and Tetyana Nesterchuk examines recent decisions by English courts regarding their jurisdiction to resolve Russian and CIS disputes and the approach of Russian courts on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
